   •    We do not guarantee specific results, such as follower growth, sales, or increased revenue. Engagement is authentic but outcomes may vary.
   •    We are not liable for any damages resulting from client misuse of services.

 

4. No Refunds
Since our services involve time and labor from real accounts, all sales are final and non-refundable.

 

5. Intellectual Property
All materials, strategies, and methods provided by Hype Your Social Media LLC remain our intellectual property. Clients may not resell or redistribute our services without written consent.

 

6. Termination
Hype Your Social Media LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client engages in behavior that violates these Terms & Conditions or the policies of social media platforms.

 

7. Disclaimer
We provide engagement only. We do not guarantee increased followers, sales, or account growth. Results depend on the quality of the client’s content and consistency.

 

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within California jurisdiction.
